Here’s a breakdown of my typical design process:

Step 1: Contact Me

Your journey begins with a simple conversation.

  • Reach Out: Get in touch via phone or email to discuss your project ideas and initial requirements. I'm here to listen and understand what you're looking to achieve.

  • Initial Inquiry: Feel free to send me a brief overview of your project, the type of service you're interested in, and any preliminary thoughts you have.

Step 2: Project Brief & Discovery Call

This crucial step is where we delve into the details.

  • Discovery Call (Complimentary up to 30 mins): We'll schedule a complimentary consultation (up to 30 minutes) to talk through your vision. This allows me to understand your brand, target audience, specific goals, and functional requirements for the project.

  • Define Scope & Goals: Together, we'll clearly define the scope of work, project goals, and all specific requirements needed to bring your design to life. This ensures we're both aligned from the start.

  • Creative Direction: We'll discuss design preferences, style inspirations, and any existing brand guidelines you might have.

Step 3: Custom Quote & Agreement

Transparency in pricing is key.

  • Detailed Custom Quote: Following our discovery call, I will provide you with a comprehensive and detailed custom quote. This quote will outline the estimated cost for your project, taking into account its complexity, potential revisions, and your specific requirements.

  • Timeline: The quote will also include an estimated timeline for project completion.

  • Formal Agreement: Once you approve the quote, we'll formalize the project with a simple agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms.

Step 4: Deposit to Commence Work

Getting started on your design.

  • 50% Deposit: A 50% deposit is typically required to officially commence work on your project. This secures your project slot and allows me to dedicate my time and resources to your design.

  • Invoice: An invoice for the deposit will be provided upon agreement.

Step 5: Design & Revisions

  • Initial Concepts: Based on our project brief, I will begin crafting initial design concepts for your review.

  • Collaborative Design Process: This phase involves a collaborative design process with agreed-upon revision rounds. Your feedback is invaluable in refining the designs to perfection.

  • Regular Communication: I'll keep you updated on progress and actively seek your input at key stages to ensure the design is evolving precisely as you envision.

Step 6: Final Delivery & Payment

Bringing your vision to completion.

  • Final Approval: Once you are completely satisfied with the design, you will provide final approval.

  • Final Payment: Upon final approval, the remaining balance of the project fee will be due.

  • High-Resolution Files: Once the final payment is received, all high-resolution design files will be released to you. These files will be provided in the appropriate formats for their intended use (e.g., print-ready PDFs, web-optimized JPEGs/PNGs, editable source files).
